Oil and solid sludge in sewage and waste water are separated, and after a certain amount of medium water is procured, it is aerated several times in an aeration tank in which a bio filter is installed to allow for the simultaneous filtering of the functional carrier (GD carrier) and hydric filtering that is excellent for culturing microorganisms. This is a sewage/wastewater purification device that improves the efficiency of eliminating total phosphorous and total nitrogen using a bio filter that offers fast and excellent purification.
